As a famous Haarlem garden architect and certainly as a true Burgundian, Zocher is the inspiration for this lively meeting place. Bar & Kitchen Zocher serves recognizable classics, daily fresh and mostly from the Haarlem region.
Chef Bastiaan Koenders is passionate about his kitchen brigade: “In Bar & Kitchen Zocher we offer a fair product. No liflaves, no meat or fish “on a bed of fuss”. We do not stop anything because the quality of the products is already high. We are also interested in where products come from where we make as few food miles as possible. We want to cook according to the guest’s desire and go along with the season, such as in the winter Jerusalem pear and fresh ingredients in the summer. I hope the guest finds it difficult to choose something from the menu! “
