Chef Bastiaan Koenders is passionate about his kitchen brigade: “In Bar & Kitchen Zocher we offer a fair product. No liflaves, no meat or fish “on a bed of fuss”. We do not stop anything because the quality of the products is already high. We are also interested in where products come from where we make as few food miles as possible. We want to cook according to the guest’s desire and go along with the season, such as in the winter Jerusalem pear and fresh ingredients in the summer.
